We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (may exclude holidays).

Shipping Options: - Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days for items shipped within NCR/Luzon.

3-4 business days when shipped going to Visayas.

4-5 Business days for Mindanao area

Tracking: Once your order is shipped out, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey .

Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Next Day Delivery: - You may select a next day delivery option for an advance booking. Given that the area delivery are within the radius of the said option. Please be guided with the Delivery Time frame you selected.

Same Day Delivery: - Orders are booked with Lalamove, Grab or Toktok depends on the time selected for delivery estimate. Delays maybe advised from time to time due to the surge of orders.

Same Day Pick Up: - We request a 2 hour waiting time before going to the pick up point. Please be informed that your order are baked right after receiving the order notification on our end.
