To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 2. Timeframe for Return/Refund
Must be initiated within 24 hours upon receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

This may not be entertained unless otherwise the error is from our part. Exchange in item are subject to product availability.
